Question concerning installation of SUAS MapServer 3.10.0218 beta2

I just installed SUAS MapServer 3.10.0218 beta2 .

During the setup I get two "warnings":

SLD Directory writable Test Failed - You need to chmod this directory to 777 and/or change SLD Directory permissions to allow server writing. It is mandatory required for writing the style and legend files in SLD.

• Dbase Test Failed - Dbase is not available. It is optional required for parsing the DBF file when inputting SHP data

I wonder why I have to chenge the SLD directory permissions, because I use a windows OS?

Second question: What do I have to do if I want to get Dbase support? Recompile PHP?

Strange, I also use window OS, could you try to check the SLD folder's permission in window, whether it is writable or readonly?
Or check whether the SLD directory is in SUAS's home that you have downloaded.

Recompile PHP?

Please delete semicolon before extension=php_dbase.dll in php.ini.
And restart Apache, then the new function will be actived.
